When I first started going to Reiki sessions, I was skeptical, just like anyone would be. My first few experiences were in a group setting, which is where I met Kristi. In full transparency, I was going through a pretty rough time in my life & these sessions were my last ditch effort to find some essence of joy. As an incredibly introverted person, being in a large group setting was way out of my comfort zone, but Kristi went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and supported.

After we got to know each other, she offered to do weekly 1 on 1 sessions with me. I had done aura cleanses & things of that nature in the past with other practitioners, but that did not prepare me for sessions with Kristi! They were definitely more intense (in a good way).

I now understand the real value of Reiki! She's opened my eyes to the possibilities of healing with this practice. From past life regression to inner child work to generational clearing, each session with her has been transformative. The things I've felt & experienced both physically & mentally have changed my whole perspective on life!

One of the most profound things I've encountered with Kristi is the work we’ve done around spirit attachments. At first, it felt like an identity crisis — I was at a point where I didn’t recognize myself in the mirror; something was off, but I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Kristi’s expertise in spirit attachments helped me  to realize that the negative energies attached to me were affecting me in ways I hadn’t imagined. The work we did together to release these attachments has had a deep, lasting impact on my mental and emotional well-being.

I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my sleep, and I feel a deeper sense of balance and peace in my daily life. My depression & anxiety is not nearly as severe. Kristi’s calming presence, intuitive guidance, and expertise have been such a positive experience, and I’m incredibly grateful for the work she’s done with me.
